Hi NoRabbit, you can click the Analytics button on the applications page to see the data being collected. I’m not sure if there is a report for domain tracking that’s available to developers yet. We are actively working on new reports.
Check out the review of all submitted games here.

hi
I can only see the data from my previous game, even if I click on the analytics of easter portals (and the id of the game is the good one in the link)
This should be a separate topic…
You might need to update your app link and click the Request Review button. After approval, you should be able to see the play and registration stats. I do see the data in there, it may be a permissions bug with pending apps.
ha ok thanks, I thought it was something related to the contest, that’s why I asked it here.
Thanks.
We found some of these games on some other sites. This is a problem for all developers who wanted to sell licenses for their games once they are completed. The buggy version spreads throughout the web without our control, making it impossible for us to make something out of it after the competition. This could have been easily prevented if the games weren’t publicly available before the end of the contest. It might be wise to consider this for the future contests.
Hi Ticklebot, We have a feature for flash that allows us to sitelock games to Y8 for a period of days. We have a task setup to make something like that for contest games but permanent. That would prevent a large portion of the leaked games from working outside of the contest.
For HTML5 games, it’s less likley they will spread as quickly. However, there is the isSponsor function that can be used to sitelock to Y8. This is available on Flash and Unity as well. http://dev.id.net/docs/javascript/protection/
For Unity and other types, we talked about using legal resources to send DCMA notices. If you feel this is needed, send us an email after the contest.
Hi! My game astrobunny works perfectly with id.net features on dropbox, but on y8 site it crashes when I try to log in or open achievements. It’s webgl and here is the link on dropbox https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/72337446/Bunny/webgl/index.html Any idea why?
Hi lukaking032,
QA tested both of your builds(dropbox and y8) in Chrome and both are giving exceptions and are crashing.
Screenshots attached:
Js popup itself says, you need to enable “Exceptions” in Webgl, though its enabled by unity by “Default”,and recommended by unity itself, not sure why you turned it off.
Also, its been explained in id.net docs as well.
http://dev.id.net/docs/unity/sdk-basics/
Thanks.
Actually they are enabled. I just increased memory size from 256Mb to 512Mb and I’ll try again. Sometimes I was getting error messages saying to increase this
Well, the build we have, has Exceptions disabled, replicated by js popup(as in screenshot above) coming from your game.
Could your team just try this version as well https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/72337446/Bunny/webgl2/index.html I’ve increased memory to 512Mb, I enabled exeptions, but we don’t get any error messages (nor did we for any previous versions on our pc’s). Thanks!
It works well now, after you enabled the Exceptions
Winners are announced here in case you haven’t seen them:
Congrats to all the winners!
How can we take the game down from Y8, since we would like to continue the development?
Email us with the game name, at idnet (at) webgroup-limited.com and we’ll take care of it.
We can also take legal actions to push the big websites to update the right game version, or remove it from their side as well.
Thanks for participating and sharing the winners list

Thank you
Congratulations to the winners. Pity no 3D games made it in the top 5. Maybe next competition should separate 2D and 3D.
We are already talking about ideas for improvements. Among other things, maybe a bigger contest with slightly longer time would help level the different platforms like Unity and HTML5.
yeah, i also was big fun of few 3D games, sadly they didn’t got to the top I bet is harder to make 3D models, and make them look cute, compared to the flash 2D eye-candy designs.
Please note the prizes are not licensing fees : We are really happy to negotiate exclusive license (or sitelock) fees on any contest game, including “in development” ones
