And do I have to add Y8.com to my Google Adsense account before publishing games etc?

Ok, I uploaded my game at “account.y8.com/applications” and on the “Upload Your Content to Y8 - Y8.com - Y8.com” game page I chose iframe with url to “storage.y8.com/etc”
A few days ago i updated the game to the new version (on account.y8.com/applications page). The new version is appeared on “storage-direct.y8.com” but on the “storage.y8.com” (CDN) is still old version. How long will it take update CDN and in general how long it’s take to aprove game/studio?
