One option is that you had these 2 on free rotation. Or you bought them and they are gone?

Hi @alexx555 you haven’t replied to my Private Message yet, so I went ahead and searched for your forum name and found an account using the same name. Unfortunately there is no record of that account making a major purchase of two classes.
If you have multiple accounts I will need you to reply to my PM giving me the name of your game character and the other details I requested, then I can perform the same check on any other accounts you tell me before taking whatever actions are required.
