Pool has been having problems

I had been experiencing this for how many days now. I will be playing 9 Balls, and when I do have an opponent, I won’t be able to to enter the game room, while my opponent has been playing. And I don’t even know who will be breaking. Please check. Had included a screen shot of this instant.

Yes it is. And it is still ongoing up to now. I experienced it for 3 times today. My opponent has already entered the game room, and I am still looking at the name of the opponent. It has been very good since I started to join, but starting February, this issue had been ongoing. Please check. Thanks

I got the reply from the studio please follow these guideline hopefully could solve your issue

We suggest changing your browser to Mozilla Firefox, available at http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/
We also recommend updating your Flash Player at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP

If you used Firefox earlier, please clear its cache (instruction at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache).
Clearing Flash plugin’s cache is also recommended (instruction available at https://forums.adobe.com/message/4278569).

In case of further problems, consider contacting your internet service provider.

I had done all of your suggestions. And I am still having the same issues, as well as another issue. Game started, then all of a sudden my cue stick vanished.

I hope this things would be fixed. I know I do have a lot of points to play with, but that’s not the point. I like playing this game.

Please help and please fix the issues.

It seems that problems you’re experiencing might be a result of faulty Flash Player plugin.
Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do about these issues on our level.

We suggest trying out different browser, like Google Chrome, which has its own Flash plugin embedded.
Google Chrome can be downloaded at https://www.google.com/chrome
It might help, but we can’t guarantee that.
