have been playing nine ball using firefox for several weeks but as of today April 27 it will not launch. I have changed nothing about my config. How can I get support on this?

Do you mean Billiard Blitz 3 Nine Ball? If so, it works for me. Click the Lego looking button in the Firefox address bar and make sure Flash is allowed.
