The other players being toxic happens on all competitive shooting games.
This is probably the only 3D game on Y8 that i can play without a lot of lag, and my pc dont even has CPU, so i dont think the game has optimizations problems, i recommend you to change to a server region with the less ping possible.
Oh and did you try to report those “hackers”? you can screenshot how you shoot at them and they dont loose health, then you use it as prove here and we can report the user too.
Also i recommend you to stop playing this game, you dont seem to be enjoying it.
In matches like these, I don’t enjoy the game
