If I added a game on Y8 using Upload > Iframe > URL, how can I modify that URL if I want to make an update to the game? At the same time, I know that there was a Studio section where I could manage my games on Y8 - where I can find that?

Hello,
Why do you even think you need to change the URL?! (Rhetorical question). Keep things simple because the Y8 website probably hasn’t been programmed to allow for URL modifications
How to keep it simple? 1) By thinking logically, and 2) By adding a number to your game, such as Name of Game 2.0, each time you make a significant change to it. Then 3) Upload it as a new game to get a similar URL. And voila 
you then get a modified URL. After that, you may delete the first version if you choose
