Kongregate Account Transfer for FFT

I haven’t played FFT in about 4 years, and I just started playing again. I had a bunch of the heroes on my Kong account, but the account transfer tool in settings isn’t working. I tried making a support ticket and that didn’t work too. Can anyone help me out here?
