Is [Y8 Browser] end of support Windows 7?

Since October 19, 2022, I see [Y8 Browser] showing signs of inactivity and in a “White screen” state.

A longtime Y8 companion like me can’t continue my game on my own Windows 7 OS computer, when I switch to a machine with Windows 10 operating system on, everything works normally and smoothly! Is this the reason why [Y8 Browser] can’t continue to run on Windows 7 after October 19?

If this is not the cause, please answer my question! I hope everyone will support and help me.

Unfortunately, support for Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020. Since that date, Microsoft no longer offers new operating system updates or security patches for this version of Windows. So using Windows 7 in 2023 is even dangerous in reality.
This is most likely why the Y8 browser no longer works properly on this OS
