Is there a possibility to get my account back (freefall tournament)?

I used to have a few heroes, then after 3-4 years I tried to log in to my old account, but now log in system demands from me my email. I dont remember whether this was necessary a few years ago.
After several attempts I resigned and made a new account, with the same nickname.
Are there any chances to get my OLD account back
