Step one is to make sure you’re logged in. You should see your name on the first menu. Choose id.net team with super skills 
it’s the play button on the left.
Then if you click the achievements button inside the game, and hover over each one. It will say how to unlock it. The first one is win a 1 vs 1 bronze cup.

No problem, I think you must use tournament as quick match might not work for the achievements.
