Sounds like ur personal PC issue.
Check that your programs & plugins (flash, adobe…) are up to date. Then, try to clear your browser’s cache. Check to see if your firewall/antivirus is not blocking things… Try also with another browser to see if it’s limited to the browser you are using… Usually, one of those will help things…
