Hey, Two parts. First, create the app at account.y8.com this can happen any time. You can use most APIs while it’s pending. When the game is finished, submit to y8.com/upload this part can take a long time. The time is takes depends on the backlog.
Alright i did only 1st part. I thought submitting games was done from application page itself
