Difficulty Getting a hold of someone, Trying to become a partner

Hi I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone to join the partnership but (I’ve sent 4 messages now) and i still haven’t heard back. My game is fairly far into development (hoping to have it released late next month) so I can’t really wait to much longer to implement the API! i would love to hear back from someone.
