I did start playinng Clicker Troops and it was amazing. At local, I have chapter 9, but (because reliability) I start playing on online save (why I must start at chapter 1? Why I cannot copy my local to online?). And now, when I think O.K., I have chapter 6 and from the time I was offline I must have lot of coins, the game say: ‘chapter 1’. How I can get data to my acount back?

you should be able to play with the local save still. This should give you the progress you left off at.
Sadly, this is something the game developer must implement. Maybe there is a way we can offer some code to developers to make this easier for them. However, it would only be available on new games, where the developer adds it.
