Is there anything that can make game rooms have better ping?

I have about 75-80 ping on EU server (since I’m from EU) and 160 in US. Most likely ppl play in random servers, because no way that someone with 350 ping is from EU.

agreed my ping is usually 156 in eu and i’m from Africa right now it reads 390 :o
