[AS3] SMP How often can I ping server?

Hi Eddie!
Now I calculate latency and I need to know, how often I can send a ping?
I read in web that normally send a ping every 500 ms, but it was described to another server.

Hi Tokar,
Cool picture! You could ping every 500 ms as it uses very little resources. It simply echos a pong response. All the magic happens on the client by counting the time while the response is sent back.
