All I see is a dark gray wall of wood when I try to play Snow Queen games

Snow Queen:

It shows what looks like a fence or wall of dark gray wood: What is that?
Has anyone seen this in other games? I see it no matter what Snow Queen game I try to play, Snow Queen 2, Snow Queen 3, etc.

Hi, I just tested all Snow Queen games and all are working perfectly.

P.S. When you ask for a checking please put the links of the games, it’s easier for us to find them and sometimes several games share the same name.

P.P.S Please, if you can, post a screenshot of your problem when it happens.
