I heard from some people that Admins can read people’s PMs. Is this true?
Not sure what makes you think that admin dont have access to DB, be careful even your network admin can track your all online activity 
So you can go and read all my PMs if you want? I find this strange.
not sure about you but tomorrow if someone start sending non appropriate stuff to everyone via pm, sending spam links and they complain to us, we have to check his activity to confirm it and ban him, thats how it works even in FFT, players use /report to send report and we only take action after confirming it.
