What would be some interesting differences in gameplay and operations in a pro-level league that had a player height restriction?

There are lots of great players who don’t play professionally because of height. What would a league be like that had a a) hard restriction on height at say 6’ or b) restrictions based on position or number of players on the court (must have 3 players under 5’9" at all times and nobody over 6’)
