every time i get a loot box i never get a un and when i level up it gives me no loot boxes please fix it for me please

i think you need to reach level 15

That’s not true. When I reached Lv. 15 yesterday, I didn’t get a loot box. However, I got one at Lv. 10. What’s up with that?
