That could be an older player that knows the guest name system and decided to name change (doubtful) or he actually took time to rank up. I know untellable doesnt know his password and the email he used for it is gone so he plays on guests every time he plays. Just being optimistic that its not a hacker 
He was a noob, and guest accounts dont save your score.
They do as long as you keep open the browser page with the plugin, so it was 100% a hacked level.
